Ian Rank-Broadley
Designer of the fourth portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, used from 1998 to 2015. Rank-Broadley's portrait shows a more stoic, mature Queen wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara without earrings or jewellery beyond the tiara.
