Entries are added as the Royal Mint announces new issues, typically via their press releases and the royalmint.com new-release pages. Speculative entries are based on historical issue patterns (e.g. milestone anniversary years usually receive commemoratives) and are flagged distinctly. Once a coin is officially issued it moves to the catalogue with full mintage and price tracking.
