1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MyCoinage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. The Service

MyCoinage provides a platform to track coin collections, view estimated market prices, and connect with other collectors. Prices shown are estimates derived from publicly available auction and marketplace data and are not financial advice. We make no guarantee of accuracy.

3. Accounts

  • You must be 13 years or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
  • One account per person. Do not share accounts.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (comments, images, collection notes). By submitting content, you grant us a licence to display it on the platform. You must not submit:

  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property
  • Offensive, harassing, or illegal content
  • Spam or commercial solicitations
  • False or misleading coin information

6. Intellectual Property

All MyCoinage branding, code, and design are owned by MyCoinage Ltd. Coin images sourced from Numista are subject to their respective licences. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our price data or cataloguing without written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on price data, service outages, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
