Laureate draped bust right, date below, legend around. The V points to end of the ribbon nearest the neck; the tips of the laurel leaves point to the 0 and R in AMOR.
Britannia seated left, holding olive branch and trident, a shield at her side, BCC (British Copper Company) on the ground below; all within an oak-wreath with 18 leaves on left and 17 on right, 14 acorns, 8 to left and 6 to right; the centre prong of the right prong touches a leaf. Britannia has a long foot which touches a leaf. Script: Latin
